Legal
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to the wAI workspace, including guest mode, signed-in accounts, chat history, file and image attachments, and connected AI features.
By using wAI, you agree to use the service lawfully, avoid abusive or harmful behavior, and understand that AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before you rely on it.
Who may use wAI
You may use wAI only if you can legally agree to these terms and comply with applicable law. If you use Google sign-in, you are responsible for the account you connect.
If you use guest mode, some workspace data is stored only in your browser and may not remain available in the long term.
Service description
wAI provides an AI chat workspace with multiple response modes, persistent chat history for signed-in users, temporary guest access, file and image attachments, personalization controls, and optional web-grounded answers when relevant.
Some features rely on third-party infrastructure such as Google sign-in, AI inference providers, and web search providers. Those providers may change over time, but they are used only to operate or improve the requested feature flow.
Acceptable use
You may not use wAI to violate the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, or submit content that is intentionally harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
You may not use the service to reverse engineer private system instructions, misuse connected providers, or interfere with the stability or security of the workspace.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the prompts, files, images, and other material you submit. You should only upload content you have the right to use and share.
To provide the service, wAI may process your submitted content through authentication, storage, AI, and web retrieval systems that are directly involved in generating the requested answer.
AI output and limitations
wAI can generate mistakes, outdated statements, weak formatting, or incomplete analysis. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before using them for business, legal, medical, financial, technical, or other high-impact decisions.
wAI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.
Accounts, guest mode, and history
Signed-in accounts can have conversation history and personalization settings stored for continued use across sessions. Guest mode uses local browser storage for workspace continuity and may automatically lose or stop surfacing older guest chats.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your own device and account. If you share a device, others may be able to see browser-stored guest data unless it is cleared.
Termination and updates
wAI may suspend or limit access if use creates legal, security, or abuse risks. Features can also change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable.
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
